4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: •
11 Z-5527-A: DESCRIBED AS 2.200 ACRES BEING A PART OF THE SE 1/4 SE 1/4,
12 SECTION 24, T-1-N, R-13-W, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, BEING MORE
13 PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE
14 SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SE 1/4 SE 1/4, THENCE N01°10'34" E 175.00';
15 THENCE S87°20'31" E 109.73'; THENCE NO3°08'50" E 162.74'; THENCE S87°56'41"
16 E 115.86'; TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N01°50'42" E 304.91';

18 E 151.79'; TO A POINT ON THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF UNIVERSITY

27 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
28 Arkansas, and the Designated District Map, be, and is hereby amended, to the extent and in the respects
29 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
30 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
31 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance, which shall remain in full force and
33 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
34 ordinance.

1 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances and resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
2 with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency. including.
3 but not limited, to Little Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 20,394 (January 18, 2011).
