NOTE, County assessor records indicate that the subject property consists of part or all of Lots 2, 3, 7, 8, 13 & 14 of Satterfield Subdivision. The Exclusive Right of Way and Easement Deed to the City of Little Rock filed at Instrument No. 80-21656 states that the Satterfield Subdivision is unrecorded. Prior 2009 survey of subject property (PS 1215) indicates that there is "No Plat of Record". The only known record of said subdivision is from the County Surveyors Plat Book at Page 12-B, which depicts the layout of the lots and streets, however does not contain dedication statement, acceptance by any city or county authority, and no certifications or signatures. No other documents or information have been provided to the surveyor regarding the Satterfield Subdivision.
