Beginning at the Southwest corner of said NWI NEI; thence run
N 000 021E 656.2 feet; thence run S 88' 401E 660.0 feet; thence
F run S 00° 24'W 667.8 feet; thence run N 87' 461W 658.7 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 10 acres, more or less,
Subject to that portion of lands herein described as embraced withing
roadway platted and also subject to easement over the South 25
