I am applying for a STR-2 permit for the short term rental I own at 517 Chickadee Dr. Apt A in Little Rock, 72205. This is one of eight apartments in this building. This unit has been operating as a short term rental since January 2020. Each unit in the building has its own entrance. This unit is a two bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment on the ground floor. It has one space of off-street parking located in the parking area the building. I live in Little Rock and I manage this short term rental. I have attached a survey completed by Brooks Surveying, Inc. on October 1101, 2023 which shows the property lines as well as the structures on the property. This property is not located in a subdivision with a bill of assurance. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me in order to proceed.
