My name is Laura Cabrera. I am applying for a STR-2 permit for the short term rental I own at 1910
Kavanaugh Unit E in Little Rock, 72205. This is one of eight apartments in this building. This unit has
been operating as a short term rental since January 2022. Each unit in the building has its own entrance.
This unit is a one bedroom, one -bathroom apartment on the second floor. It has one space of off-street
parking located in adjacent to the building. I live in Little Rock and I manage this short term rental.
I have attached a survey completed by Brooks Surveying, Inc. on October 11'h, 2023 which shows the
property lines as well as the structures on the property.
This property is not located in a subdivision with a bill of assurance.
