My name is Laura Cabrera. I am applying for a STR-2 permit for the short term rental I own at 519 E 61h
St. Unit 2 in Little Rock, 72202. This is one of three units in this building. All three units have been
operating as a short term rental since April 2020. Each unit has its own entrance with a digital lock.
This unit is a one bedroom, one -bathroom apartment on the second floor. It has one space of off-street
parking located behind the building. There are exterior security cameras monitoring the entrances and
exits as well as parking area. I live in Little Rock and I manage this short term rental.
I have attached a survey completed by Brooks Surveying, Inc. on October 11'b, 2023 which shows the
property lines as well as the structures on the property.
This property is not located in a subdivision with a bill of assurance.
