We have a Business License (BL158755) through the city of Little Rock. A few years back we were granted permission to turn the detached garage into a living quarters. After having two long term renters for that garage apartment, we decided to turn this garage apartment into a short term rental. We are seeking certification from the city of Little Rock for a STR-2. Our clientele have included traveling nurses, UAMS patients and patients' families as well as visitors to our city. Our property has an outstanding 4.97 AirBnB rating.
