Dear Commissioners,
My wife and I own the home at 5312 B Street in Little Rock, which is presently a long term
rental. We have a Business License (BL158755) through the city of Little Rock.
A few years back we were granted permission to turn the detached garage into a living
quarters. After having two long term renters for that garage apartment, we decided to turn this
garage apartment into a short term rental. We are seeking certification from the city of Little
Rock for a STR-2.
Our clientele have included traveling nurses, UAMS patients and patients' families as well as
visitors to our city. Our property has an outstanding 4.97 AirBnB rating.
The garage apartment has off-street parking for two vehicles.
