Answers for Development Staff Comments Will the entire residence be rented, or will you be renting individual bedrooms? The portion of the property at 5312 B St for consideration for STR-2 is the garage apartment.  It will be rented as one unit. 2. Please provide a parking plan for the property.  There are two dedicated parking spots for the garage apartment off the alley that runs between B St and C St Attached is photo of parking 3.  Is the main residence being occupied by the property owner? No the main residence is a long term rental for which I have a business license.  We reside in Maumelle, but are available for renters as needed / Please let me know if I can answer any further questions.
