The meeting date provided on the notice form mailed to landowners for your short-term rental was incorrect. It had January 11, 2023 instead of January 11, 2024.
Please find attached the notice form that has CORRECTION across the top of the page.
The attached notice must be sent by regular mail to landowners per the ownership search (attached) and postmarked no later than January 3, 2024. Also complete and submit the Regular
Mail Affidavit included as an attachment and a copy of the receipt provided by the USPS.
Staff would prefer the application remain on the January 11, 2024 agenda. If you are unable to provide the requested information the item will be deferred to the February 8, 2024 meeting.
