LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Tract 1- Part of the NEI/a of the SEI/4 of Section 4, T-1-S, R-13-W, in the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Begin 33 feet
West and 125 feet South of the NE corner of said NEB/4SE1/4; thence West 140 feet;
thence South 110 feet; thence East 110 feet; thence East 140 feet; thence North 110
feet to the point of beginning.
Tract 2 — Part of the NEi/4 of the SEV4 and part of the SE1/4 of the NEI/4 of Section 4, T
1-S, R-13-W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit: Begin at the NE corner of the NE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 4;
thence South 125 feet; thence West 173 feet; thence South 110 feet; thence East 173
feet to the East line of said NEt/4 SEI/4; thence South 143.5 feet; thence West 363.4
feet; thence N 15030' W, 334.9 feet to the South right of way line of Interstate Highway
No. 30; thence in a Northeasterly direction along said right of way line of Interstate
Highway No. 30, a distance of 498.0 feet; thence South 185 feet to the point of
beginning. LESS AND EXCEPT the East 33 feet of that part lying in the NE1/4 of the
SE1/4. and LESS AND EXCEPT that part deeded to the Arkansas State Highway
Department in Deed Book 1232, Page 232.
