We respectfully request, however, that installation of this improvement be delayed until after foundations for the remaining lots have been poured. At that time, we will no longer have large construction vehicles and machinery coming in and out of the subdivision. We further request that the hold on construction of the lots be released in order for the development of the lots to go forward immediately. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
