Survey Description
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1,
Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is 380 feet South and 40 feet West of the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 NE '/4
said point being on the west right of way of University Avenue, and run thence South 3°43126" West
along said west right of way a distance of 112.52 feet; thence South 88°32'47" East along said west
right of way a distance of 9.00 feet; thence South 3°1'30" West along said Right of way a distance of
37.85 feet; thence North 8701144" West leaving said right of way a distance of 13.60 feet to a cotton
picker spindle on the east line of Lot 1 of the Park Avenue Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; thence continuing North 87°1'44" West along the south line of said Lot 1 a distance of
104.99 feet to a 1/2" rebar with cap #1281 on the east line of said Lot 1; thence North 1027'43" East
along the east line of said Lot 1 a distance of 100.13 to a 1/2" rebar on the north line of Lot 1; thence
North 1032'21" East a along the east of property refereed to in a survey conducted by Donald Brooks,
on 7-9-90, a distance of 49.96 feet to an X chiseled in the concrete on the south line of said property;
thence South 87°04'30" East along the south line of said property a distance of 115.00 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 0.39 acres more or less.
The locations of the utility lines on this survey were derived from evidence on the surface of the property.
