particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the North line
of said Tract 'D", 192.4 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof: thence
West along said North 123.8 feet: thence South parallel to the East line of
Tract C" and "D" 615.9 feet, more or less, to the North right of way line of
State Highway No. 10 (which line is also the South tine of Tract "C"): thence
Southeasterly along said North right of way line 137 112 feet, more or less,
to a point due South of the point of beginning; thence North parallel to the
East line of Tracts 'C" and "D" 658.5 feet, more or less to the Point of
Beginning.
