Part of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 13, North of Arkansas Highway No. 10, and part of a 20
foot alley closed by Ordinance No. 11,188, filed for record in deed book 765, page 329,
and by Ordinance No. 11,187, filed for record in deed book 861, page 489, all in Block 2,
Bellevue Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the NE corner of said Lot 3; thence S 00'57'39" W along the east line of
said Lot 3, a distance of 100.60 feet-, thence N 87'37'42" W. a distance of 49.92 feet to
the east line of said Lot 4; thence S 01'11'22" W along the east line of said Lot 4 and
Lot 13, a distance of 58.70 feet to the northerly right—of—way line of Arkansas Highway No.
10 as per AHTD Job No. 061104; thence N 49'25 15 W along said northerly right—of—way
line, a distance of 41.76 feet; thence N 40'33'39" E along said northerly right—of—way line,
a distance of 14.00 feet; thence N 54'35'15" W along said northerly right—of—way line, a
distance of 153.70 feet; thence N 15711'00" E along said northerly right—of—way line, a
distance of 40.11 feet to the south right—of—way line of "T" Street; thence S 87'28'45" E
along said south right—of—way line, a distance of 190.35 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
containing 0.429 Acres (18,685 sq. ft.) more or less.
