Specific PCD Reauests
1. 3 Story Medical Office Building with parking below.
Building Height to be a maximum of 56' on the east side
of the building above ground level. Building Height to
be a maximum of 68' on the west side of the building
with parking under the building
2. Building Signage to be allowed on up to four sides of
the building, some of which do not face a public street.
3. Stormwater detention will be provided in underground
pipes and will be installed for the entire PCD.
4. Hours of operation for all businesses will be 6 a.m thru
8 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Saturday 8 a.m. thru 12 p.m.
