to a found 3/4" pinch -top pipe; tbeneeNortb f1 degrees 54 minutes 53 seconds West 86.54 feet

East right of way line of Treasure Rill Road; thence along the said East right of line North

East 134.48 feet record) to a found 1/2" rebar or the South right of way line of Rodney
Parham Road; thence leaving the East line of Treasure Hill along the South tine of Rodney

of beginning.
