East right of way line of Treasure Hill Road; thence along the said East right of way line North

East 134.48 feet record) to a found 1/2" rebar on the South right of way line of Rodney
Parham Road; thence leaving the East line of Treasure Hill along the South line of Rodney
Parham South 49 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds East 88.55 feet (88.65 feet record) to the point
of beginning.
