Part of the Northeast 74 of the Northeast Y4 of Section 22, T-1-N,
R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as:
Lots 11, 12, and 13 of Block 14, Euclid Place, an addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as filed in 3ook 1, Page 46 Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being further described as: Beginning at the
Southwest Corner of Lot 13, Block 14, Euclid Place; thence N
02`10'42" E, 148.00 feet to the Northwest Corner of Lot 11, Block
14; thence S 87*36'48" E, 148.25 feet to the Northeast Corner of
said Lot 11 said point also being on the Westerly Right -of -Way of
Foster Street; thence along the Westerly Right -of -Way of Foster
Street S 02"10'35" W, 147.50 feet to the Southeast Corner of
aforesaid Lot 13; thence N 87"48'06" W, 148.25 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 21,904 SF, more or less.

Right -of -Way N 02"10'42" E, 116.69 feet to the Point of Beginning,
