9. CONTRACTOR TO FIELD VERIFY ALL SURVEY INFORMATION BEFORE CONSTRUCTION. -
10. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO EXISTING STRUCTURES, PAVEMENTS, AND UTILITIES.
11. CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN ALL REQUIRED PERMITS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT.
12. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH THE LATEST STANDARDS OF OSHA FOR EXCAVATION AND
TRENCHING PROCEDURES.
13. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE INSPECTION OF UTILITY AND PAVEMENT CONSTRUCTION
WITH THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES PRIOR TO COVERING TRENCHES OR PAVING OPERATIONS.
14. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONDUCT ALL REQUIRED TESTS TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE APPROPRIATE
AUTHORITIES.
15. CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES
BEFORE CONSTRUCTION. IMMEDIATELY REPORT CONFLICTS TO THE ENGINEER.
16. CONTRACTOR SHALL RELOCATE UTILITIES ALONG CHENAL PARKWAY AS NEEDED. COORINATE WITH
LOCAL UTILITY COMPANIES.
17. CONTRACTOR SHALL MATCH PROPOSED CURB AND GUTTEP„ CONCRETE, AND PAVEMENT TO EXISTING
IN GRADE AND ALIGNMENT.
18. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN ALL EXISTING PARKING, SIDEWALKS, DRIVES, ETC. CLEAR AND FREE
FROM ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY AND/OR MATERIAL TO ENSURE EASY AND SAFE PEDESTRIAN
AND VEHICULAR TRAFFIC TO AND FROM THE SITE.
19. CONTACT PUBLIC WORKS AT (501) 918-5217 FOR INSPECTIONS OF ANY WORK IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-
WAY PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF CONCRETE OR ASPHALT OR FOR ON -SITE CLARIFICATION OF REQUIREMENTS
