of Little Rock, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and being shown in Deed Record Book 13, Page
539, records of Pulaski County Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing
at the Northwest corner of said Fraction Block 17, said point being at the Southeast
intersection of Rector Street and East Sixth Street; thence South 88 degrees 35 minutes East
along the North line of said Fractional Block 17 for a distance of 45.30 feet to a point on
