STAFF NOTE: Staff determined that this request needed to be filed as a "PRD" Planned Residential Development rezoning, based on the fact that the variance requested is from the Hillcrest Design Overlay District requirements. Therefore, staff recommends this application be withdrawn. BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT: (AUGUST 25, 2008) Staff informed the Board that the application needed to be withdrawn, as it was re -filed as a Planned Residential Development as required by the Hillcrest Design Overlay District requirements. The item was placed on the Consent Agenda and withdrawn by a vote of 4 ayes, 0 nays and 1 absent.
