STAFF REPORT:
It was determined that a conditional use permit is not required for the proposed use.
Staff recommends withdrawal of this conditional use permit.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
(AUGUST 21, 2008)
The applicant was not present. There were no objectors present. Staff informed
the Commission that it had been determined that a conditional use permit was
not required for the proposed use and the C.U.P. application should be
withdrawn. There was no further discussion.
The item was placed on the consent agenda., and approved for withdrawal with a
vote of 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent.
