The original email received last Friday Nov 3rd said to “provide notices to development staff” “No later then November 29, 2023”.
Now we have to submit by Nov 13?
That date is not found in the original email.
Please clarify.

Applicant responses are due no later than Monday, November 13, 2023. Please submit any revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses.
Secondly, locate your agenda item(s) from Comments from Other Departments and respond only to your specific agenda item(s).
All responses shall be submitted to this email address for review.
Finally, please do not forget applicants are required to provide a photograph to staff indicating the sign provided by this office was posted at the site.
