The entire property would be rented out.
Please see the attached pdf for parking plan. The driveway would fit as many as six cars, and additional parking is permitted along the N Hughes street, but I do not foresee any guest
needing that much space for parking, so this is only to state the possibility and that it would not prohibit movement on N. Hughes.
