Hello Brad.
Thanks for the opportunity to meet with you and the rest of the planning staff last week. It
was very helpful and we appreciated the efficiency of which we were able to address our
plans and the helpful recommendations you gave to us.
The intended use of this structure is general office use. We agree to comply with all
comments laid forth in commision's preliminary review. Additionally, we agree to abide
by the city's zoning ordinance requiring a dumpster to be screened, exterior lighting to
be low level, as well as compliance with the Highway 10 design overlay requirements
regarding signage.
We would like to revise the existing POD so that it adheres to our client's updated
intentions. As the architect of the project, we are representing our client and the business
owner, Marina Ivanovsky. The requested plans and application are attached within.
