Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than November 13, 2023. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents
should be submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Marina Lifestyle Medicine – Revised POD (Z-9872) 16913 Cantrell Road
Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a filing fee of $230.00.
2. Provide a revised cover letter which include details on the types of proposed uses.
3. Provide a completed information sheet form.
4. Provide a completed street right-of-way (ROW) form.
5. Staff suggests requesting O-3 permitted uses as alternate uses for the site.
6. Provide building height (elevation) including the number of stories.
7. Will there be a dumpster on the site. If so, any dumpster must be screened as per
Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
8. All lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
9. Will the site include any signage? If so, all signage must comply with the Highway 10
Design Overlay District requirements.
