We wish to use the property as an event center, retail and storage. There is ample parking in the front of the property for that use. We have spoken to Linda Reed of First National Title Company and she says that there is no Bill of Assurance for this subdivision. Planned hours of operation would be generally 8-5 weekdays. Friday and Saturday evenings would be when it would be used as an event center. We would most likely open on Sundays from noon to five. We shouldn't need more than 10 employees.
