Applicant Responses are due no later than November 13, 2023. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents
should be submitted to this email address for review.

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a bill of assurance for the subdivision.
2. Provide a plan that shows the parts of the building for various uses with the square
footage provided (e.g. mini-storage, warehouse, retail, etc.). Will all uses be enclosed
within the building?
3. Provide a more descriptive plan of the “storage use”?
4. Provide a detailed parking plan.
5. Provide a detailed description of the types of events proposed for the site.
6. Will any events be ticketed? Will there be a cover charge to patrons for any events?
7. Will music be played? Will bands perform?
8. Will there be any alcohol sales for any event on the site?
