The staff report is attached. Please refer to p.7 of the document. The last bullet point (highlighted) indicates only (5,377sf) is designated for C-3 permitted uses. As you recall this
was the proposed square footage proposed for the event center.
The remaining uses are specifically designated as listed in the staff report.

As per our conversation today, we withdraw the proposal to use the area we were wanting to use as event center. We will use that space for a permitted C-3 use as you suggested.
