We purchased this home to live in. We updated it with care with the idea of moving to a smaller home
(1580 SF). We love the neighborhood. We loved living there. We decided to adopt a couple of foster
children and needed a larger home but were unsure of being able to go through with the adoption. We
didn't want to sell so we decided to short term rent.
Our Tenants have mainly been corporate housing, local homeowners displaced from storms, fires and
floods, people moving into the area and grandparents/children visiting family and people that are ill
using our local hospitals to heal. This home has a capacity of 6 guests. We want our home to stay in
pristine shape because we want to be able to move back into this wonderful neighborhood.
