We purchased this home to rent. We are trying to update it with care. We love the neighborhood. We
have an office at 615 Beechwood. We love this area. We decided to purchase this home because we
didn't avant to see it being torn down.
This is a small home (about 740 SF). We plan for our tenants to be corporate housing, local homeowners
displaced from storms, fires and floods, people moving into the area and grandparents/children visiting
family and people that are ill using our local hospitals to heal. This home has a capacity of 3 guests. We
want this home to stay in pristine shape. We want to be able to keep this wonderful neighborhood. We
pick our tenants with care and hope to be an asset to the neighborhood.
