Details: We are submitting a request to revise the planned zoning for our property located at
5105 C Street, Little Rock, AR 72205 to allow for a short-term rental-2. After purchasing the
home on July 29, 2022 through our LLC, GMH 5105 LLC, we commenced operations as a short-
term rental on September 13, 2022. Our property is professionally managed and marketed by
Evolve, a nationally recognized short-term rental management company. In our first year of
operations, we achieved an overall guest satisfaction score of 4.78 out of 5 stars. All applicable
sales, occupancy, lodging, tourist, and other visitor taxes are collected and remitted through
Evolve. Our house rules allow a maximum of 4 guests and parties are not permitted. Our local
operating partner has been engaged to resolve any issues that may arise from guests or
neighbors. So far, there have been no complaints from neighbors. We work closely with our
housekeeping team, landscaper, maintenance team and family located locally to ensure the
home and property are consistently maintained at the highest standards. We also visit at least
every few months to personally inspect the property and coordinate any updates needed.
No changes to the site or exterior structure are being proposed for the STR request.
