Dear, Development Specialist,
I, Hector Giron, the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application and petition the City
Council to amend the conditional use permit map as hereinafter requested, and in support of this
application.
It is desired and requested that the foregoing described property be use a temporary conditional
permit. It is proposed that the property will be put to the following use: Auto Repair and a Used
Car Dealer. I believe that these services would help offer a better service to the neighborhood, by
having new hirings as well as growing the economy. I really appreciate your consideration of
my application.
