grantors have caused said tract of Innd to be surveyod by SAMu(1l L. Davis,
Registered Ian(1 Surveyor ami Registered 1'rofessiomal Engincer, and a
plat theorof made which is identified by the title:
Lots 1 R & 2 R of )MAN REPIAT, and the date April 29, 1987
and by the signature of SAMUEI. L. DAVIS and the said Grantors and hears
a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Comm-
ission, and is of record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-
officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Rook
and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance,
The grantors do hereby certify that they have platted said
Real Estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said
plat shall be forever krmn as designated on said plat; and every deed of
conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the
office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder. of Pulaski County
shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the ease-
ments shown on the said plat.
All buildings .;onstructed on said lot shall be constructed
no nearer to the Property lines than the building lines required,
and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the
Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
