Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than November 13, 2023. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents
should be submitted to this email address for review.
RE: USA Tire & Accessories – PCD (Z-9865) 4920 W. 65th Street
Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a cover letter explaining the request in detail.
2. Provide a bill of assurance for the subdivision.
3. Provide a completed street right-of-way (ROW) form.
4. Provide a detailed site plan showing all aspects of buildings and all outdoor activities.
5. There shall be no salvaging of any vehicles on the property.
