We would like to submit for approval for a Short term rental for one unit, #3, in this 13 unit building. This
unit is ideally situated for this as it is the only unit that has parking right in front of it and not behind the
gate. We have a property manager that helps to manage this property, and we are both in close
proximity to the property on a regular basis. This unit has a 4.9 ranking on Airbnb as we have found that
it currently seems to fill a need in the market.
