NORMAL WORKING HOURS.
THE DUTY OF THE ENGINEER TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION
REVIEW OF THE CONTRACTOR'S PERFORMANCE IS NOT
INTENDED TO INCLUDE REVIEW OF THE ADEQUACY OF THE
CONTRACTOR'S SAFETY MEASURES, IN, OR NEAR THE
CONSTRUCTION SITE.
