Appeal of Planning Commission’s Action
Title: Bowden Manufactured –Type Home – Conditional Use Permit
Dear Mr. Bowden:
Please be advised that on January 23, 2024 the City of Little Rock Board of Directors set the date of public hearing for your requested appeal of the Planning Commission’s denial of
the above referenced application. The public hearing date for your appeal will be February 6, 2024 at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held in The Centre at University Park, 6401 W. 12th
Street, Little Rock, AR.
You are required to send (certified mail) a notice of public hearing for as follows:
The Notice of Public Hearing Before the Little Rock Board of Directors
The Notice of Public Hearing form shall be sent to all property owners on the abstract list and all Registered Participants who attended the Planning Commission Hearing as noted below:
Please note: Notices of public hearing shall be mailed via certified mail at least ten (10) days prior to the public hearing. The completed notice form and certified mail receipts shall
be submitted to the Planning & Development office at least six (6) days prior to the hearing.
