closed by Ordinance No. 11,643 and Ordinance No. 13,210 and part of a 10 foot Alley
closed by Ordinance No. 11,059 being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the NW corner of said Lot 5, Block 6, being at the centerline of said
closed alley; thence S 87'45'10" E along the north line of said Lot 5, a distance of
119.31 feet to the west right—of—way line of University Avenue; thence S 02'09'07" W
along said west right-of-way line, a distance of 113.09 feet; thence S 87'47'56" E
along said west right-of-way line, a distance of 8.53 feet; thence S 02'09'07" W along
said west right-of-way line, a distance of 209.17 feet, thence S 87'39'49" E along
said west right-of-way line, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence S 02'09'07" W along said
west right-of-way line, a distance of 59.53 feet; thence S 47*38'07" W along said
west right-of-way line, a distance of 9.41 feet to the north right-of-way line of Boyle
