1. ALL DIMENSIONS, ELEVATIONS, AND COORDINATES ARE TO FACE OF CURB OR EDGE OF PAVING UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
2. TYPICAL PARKING SPACES ARE 18' LONG BY 9' WIDE WITH 24' WIDE AISLES UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
3. ALL MEDIAN RADII ARE 3' UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
4. TRAFFIC BARRICADES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL DRIVEWAY AND DRAINAGE CONSTFUCTION IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. BARRICADES SHALL CONFORM TO THE INSTALLATION SHOWN IN THE

TRAFFIC CONTROL
DEVICES (MUTCD), LATEST EDITION.
2. PARKING LOT STRIPING SHALL BE 4" WHITE STRIPES IN THE LOCATIONS SHOWN.
3. FIRE LANE STRIPING SHALL BE 6" RED STRIPES WITH 4" WHITE LETTERS IN THE LOCATIONS SHOWN. LETTERING SHALL
BE "FIRE LANE NO
PARKING" SPACED AT 15' MAXIMUM INTERVALS. WHERE
ADJACENT TO A CURB, STRIPING SHALL BE PLACED ON THE FACE OF CURB. COORDINATE WITH FIRE DEPARTMENT.
