1. ALL DIMENSIONS, ELEVATIONS, AND COORDINATES ARE TO FACE OF CURB OFF EDGE OF PAVING UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
2. TYPICAL PARKING SPACES ARE 18' LONG BY 9' WIDE WITH 24' WIDE AISLES UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
3. ALL MEDIAN RADII ARE 3' UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
4. TRAFFIC BARRICADES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL DRIVEWAY AND DRAINAGE CONSTRUCTION IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. BARRICADES SHALL CONFORM TO THE INSTALLATION SHOWN IN THE
"TEXAS MANUAL OF UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES", CURRENT EDITION, TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
