Attached are the drawings, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The developer for this project would like to request a neighborhood park as illustrated on the
preliminary plat. This project contains approximately 0.48 acres and is located near the southeast
corner of Wolfsbridge Loop and Brookside Drive.
This neighborhood park would be available to all the residences of Wolfsbridge at Leawood. The park
will contain a pickleball court, playground and dog park.
Please place this item ❑n the next available Planning Commission agenda and consider granting this
Conditional Use Permit. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions or require additional
