Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a bill of assurance.
2. What is the intent of the seating/bleacher area?
3. Where will visitors park vehicles?
4. Provide the hours of operation.
5. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-551 (signs
permitted in residential one – and two-family zones
6. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
7. How will trash be collected?
