Please find the following response to staff comments:
Development —1) Will comply, the existing B of A is attached to this email.
2) The seating is intended for other residents of the neighborhood to wait their turn for
the pickleball court or watch the current game going on. There will be a mix of picnic
tables with bleachers.
3) This amenity package is for residents of this community only. The intent is for them
to walk to the courts since this is a smaller community.
4) 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
5) Currently a sign is not planned. If one is constructed, it will comply with code.
6) If provided, the site lighting will be low-level and directed away from adjacent
properties.
7) Trash will be collected by the POA. This will be established prior to any home being
occupied.
