What is the intent of the seating/bleacher area?
Where will visitors park vehicles?
Provide the hours of operation.
Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-551 (signs permitted in residential one – and two-family zones
Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
How will trash be collected?
