Dear Staff,
I am applying for a rezoning of the address located at 1513 Commerce St in Little Rock to an
STR2.The property is to be used as a full time short term rental listed on such applications as
Airbnb.The proper ty accommodates guests in a 2 bedroom,2 bathroom space with full access
to the home including a garage used as a game room and not for guest parking.There is
handicapped parking located in the back driveway.Additional parking for guests is located on
the front street and surrounding street area.
The goal of the space is to provide guests with a luxury stay away from home experience.The
space is equipped with high-end appliances,shuffleboard and pool table,along with comfortable
furnishings to accommodate up to four adults,and an additional two children.A pack and play
or air mattress is provided for any children accommodating the guests.A side patio yard is
located off the dining space for guests to relax outdoors.
Please let me know if you have any further questions as I look forward to hosting guests at the
space along with providing Little Rock with a unique away from home experience that is
conveniently located close to Little Rock’s top restaurants,museums,and entertainment venues.
