Development Staff Comments:
1.Will the entire residence be rented,or will you be renting
individual bedrooms?
The entire residence is rented consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms.
2.How many parking spaces will be devoted to the short term
rental?
For guests who are handicapped,there are two parking spaces located at
the back of the residence in the driveway with provided handicapped
parking only sign posted.All other guests are to park on the street in front
of the home.Directly in front of the home can accommodate for 3 cars
and any other vehicles are instructed to find additional street parking in
the neighborhood.
3.Please provide a detailed cover letter describing your project.
