revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a bill of assurance for the subdivision.
2. Provide a copy of the survey showing what portion of the building will be occupied by
the proposed use.
3. Will the proposed use include any outdoor activities?
4. What is the maximum number of animals will be present at any given time?
5. How will animal waste be disposed of?
