Staff is in receipt of your response to comments regarding Dogtopia, thanks.
However, the Planning Commission date provided on the notice mailed to landowners is incorrect.
The correct date of the meeting is January 11, 2024. Please find attached another notice form and a “regular mail” affidavit. The notice form has CORRECTION across the top of the document.
The last date to postmark notices is Wednesday, December 27, 2023. You may send the notices via “regular mail.” Please provide an image of the proof of purchase (receipt) to staff, the
corrected notice mailed to landowners and the “regular mail” affidavit to staff no later than Friday, December 29, 2023.
