Can you confirm our current status on the CUP application for Dogtopia?
The application has been processed by development staff.
Can you remind me our hearing/meeting date?
December 14, 2023 at 4:00pm at the Centre at University Park, located at 6401 W. 12th Street, Little Rock, AR.
What is the process from there? At what point will property owners nearby need to be noticed, etc?
Applicants will receive staff comments and notice information (for notifying property owners) this week via email. Finally, if the CUP is approved by the Planning Commission, applicants
will receive correspondence from staff about a week later, obtain a CO from Permits and occupy the building.
